Das Verbot für Fahrzeuge aller Art dürfte durch das Niedersächsische Deichgesetz gedeckt sein. Warum man allerdings Fahrradwegweiser an einem Weg aufstellt, auf dem man gar nicht fahren darf, ist die andere Frage. Und es ist kein Einzelfall. Das steht quasi an jeder Zufahrt zum Deichweg.
